Date Sugar is made from whole, crushed dates, so it retains all of its vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber, which helps the body process the sugar. Due to it's high fiber content, date sugar does not dissolve in water. Sprinkle on your oatmeal, put it on your toast, or just eat a spoonful. This date sugar won't disappoint!
