Barhi Dates are a syrupy, rich, soft and fragile small to medium fruit.  Yellow or unripe Barhi dates are called Fresh Dates and can be eaten in their unripened form.  They have the texture of an apple and are available in their raw state only HERE at the Date Ranch from September to October.  These are Barhi Dates in their ripened, soft and chewy form.  These are many peoples favorite date.
