I would actually drive from Las Vegas to the China Ranch (about 1.5 hours away) just to buy these cookies, they are that good. Fortunately they sell them online so I don't have to :)

These cookies are just the right combination of chewy and chunky.  When the box arrives I open it immediately, eat three or four, then hide it from the kids.  By the next day the box is empty.
